Additionally, she wrote Coyote in tandem with the song DJRD (and performed 
them as a medley on her '76 tour), which states "I came out 2 days on your 
tail..."

Joni's birthday - November 7, 1943
Sam Shepard's birthday - November 5, 1943

Chris O'Dell does say in her book that she was the 'woman down the hall'.
