Thanks for the links to  versions of Twisted earlier than Joni's.  That was fun!  "Soft a Jazz" comes to my mind when I think of Joni's version versus these other's.  Joni brought the song into my generation so sure it is different than what came before but none the less incredible.

Simon, your post was very informative and had such finesse.  Made me think of Bob Muller whose posts are similar in quality. I really appreciate the conversation!
