I think it's probably her incredible sense of rhythm combined with her lyrics that most distinguishes her from other musicians. Also, the words become more speculative and more interesting....But there are gems from earlier...how about...or no, let me not start something contentious again. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 21 Jun 2014 08:00:40 -0700 From: Bob Muller Subject: Retro Covers, Volume 109 Happy weekend everyone! Being put up in a hotel and everything so its looking very likely that we'll be moving to the northwest in a matter of weeks. Had a great Skype interview this past week so if this goes well (which it should) then we'll be traveling in some vehicle and sitting in a few cafes. Will be awesome to be closer to Cassie and maybe I'll finally get to meet Mark in Seattle! And of course, being near California and Canada totally rocks! So please send out all the good vibes you can and we'll see what happens... Probably because we know she won't be interested, though I do love your enthusiasm, dear Ingrid, Anita ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 21 Jun 2014 14:41:41 -0700 From: Catherine McKay Subject: Re: Traveling in some vehicle...(njc) Victor, this sounds fantastic! I think that Oregon would be a wonderful place to live. I wish you all the best with this! Please let us know if this works out, and I see no reason why it would not. ________________________________ From: Victor Johnson To: Joni Sent: Saturday, June 21, 2014 4:10:49 PM Subject: Traveling in some vehicle...(njc) So, after 21 years in Atlanta (except for when I lived in Athens and Asheville for a couple of years) I'm flying to Bend, Oregon on Monday for a working interview to be a full-time preschool music teacher.
