I have been working with this book since I bought it about two months ago and despite the fact that those who are frequent users of the JM.com database may already know a lot of these songs, this book does give a pretty accurate "start" for learning Joni's guitar style. As a devotee of "how Joni plays it" I have had situations where there was a chord off or something missing with a tab in this book, but all the tunings seem correct and having it all there on my music stand has been extremely convenient for someone who plays Joni every day. When I wake up in the morning, I make coffee, watch the news while I knit for about an hour, and then spend about 45 minutes playing Joni until I jump in the shower.
