Criticize Joni? Amen to that. Heh heh. If you can't have fun with it, then I don't want to be there. Having said that, Joni truly is my favouritest artist of all time, but that won't stop me from commenting on some of the weird things she says and does. If we're getting all confessional- and here's-my-story-like, I've been on this list since 1998 or 9, definitely not at the very start of it, but pretty darn close, and, like a lot of people here, once I had access to a computer (way back then), the first thing I searched for was "Joni Mitchell" and that's how I found this group. I live in Toronto. I have played guitar, but not recently and we have a bunch of instruments at my place but lately it's my son who plays them most. The calluses are gone from my fingers and I'm going to have to start from scratch. (Boo!) And lately my eyesight is so bad that I'd need the very-large-print versions of music to be able to read it, and it doesn't seem to exist. If the font is wonky in this email, it's stupid yahoo, not me. Blame the computer, as always. >________________________________ > From: "johnnybgoode@lineone.net" >To: Bob.Muller@Fluor.com; Trish >Cc: "joni@smoe.org" >Sent: Monday, March 3, 2014 6:22:01 PM >Subject: Re: What?
