My own personal experience which speaks to the idea of astral travel occurred about 6 months ago when I had a visitation from a friend who had passed a few years earlier. The dream was so vivid I was afraid to make a misstep and break the spell, scaring him away. I knew this was more than a dream. I consulted his wife the following week who was on the other side of the world in England on business. She admitted she rarely dreamed about him but had had the same experience on the very same night. I'm a believer!
