We may be stressing about this situation with Joni, or be frustrated not knowing what's going on, or angry, wondering why this is happening, etc... The simple truth is, that it's not all about us. When you let that sink in, it makes it a little easier to let it go. What did I do today? I took a walk with my family by a breathtakingly beautiful mountain river near Sisters, Oregon and felt so at peace surrounded by nature. That was not a diversion. It was a conscious choice.
