It is the fact that they can make fun of our culture's "untouchables" who really need to be made fun of. The fans all around and Martin Short being blown off the stage were hilarious. I don't want to criticize Taylor Swift here due to the shocking and surprising amount of personal hurt some here took over some comments before. I don't want to make anyone cry, but I agree with your assessment of her overall talent. But then again I think Jimmy Fallon is a.... well never mind. ;) The only thing similar about Joni and Taylor Swift is that they are both skinny white girls (Joni in her day) who sing songs. But we are culture that fails to look behind the surface often aren't we? On Thursday, February 19, 2015 12:20 PM, "Bob.Muller@Fluor.com" wrote: It just seemed gratuitous. She should play to her strengths (singing, songwriting) and steer clear of what are her weaknesses (dancing, comedy, and PROBABLY acting). Joni ain't no fool. That sketch was just confirmation that Taylor would likely be "From Kelly to Justin" bad in "Girls Like Us".
