The question is where the filtering occurs, whether it's already in the iCloud or in the app on your phone, in the latter case you could try out the GMail app from iTunes instead. Joni did *not* say she was in awe of her own achievements (over-editing may be to blame for Badini's interpretation) - she was quite clearly saying she was still in awe of certain musicians like Miles Davis, and that she didn't feel she'd reached those heights. I dislike her dissing of other artists a much as anybody, but her comments on John Lennon were perceptive and intriguing - I wish she'd said more!
