Released this Tuesday - I've been listening to it and loving it and it made me think of you because I felt like you were loving it as well. Great songs, his voice sounds so good, those harmonies, some tasty musical licks - some of the best sounds I've taken in so far this year. Njc I bought a better outboard converter (DAC). You can attach it to almost any component CD player (using the Coax jack to 192 kHz) or a laptop (using the USB jack to 96 kHz). It also allows an optical / Toslink connection but the res is limited to 48 kHz. Not a typo. This refurbished and discontinued Arcam rDAC was only $314.15 on eBay and it is awesome! The current model has a wireless feature that I don't need, and it coat a lot more. Believe it or not, CD players, DACs, and amplifiers need to run a while before they sound their best. So, it totally rocked a hi rez Graceland and now I've moved on to CTA from a CD. Do you remember Chicago when they rocked out? Right now I'm digging the drum solo on "I'm A Man" and you can hear the toms ring and decay away.
