The JMDL runs through the smoe.org servers, which are aging and I think are no longer maintained or monitored by anyone. Sometimes posts and/or digests don't appear, or they appear out of order. Usually everything eventually shows up, although perhaps not always. Still, the system works pretty well most of the time, and it's free as far as I know. In any case, it's what we have. Or do you mean something different?
