Might. Lots of people do. If you're talking about who a song is associated with as opposed to who authored it, then it would likely result in this association. Judy had a bigger hit with BSN than Joni had with ANYTHING.

The same thing happens with Tom Waits' "Jersey Girl" - lots of folks associate it with Bruce Springsteen, though I am not one of them.

And the flip side is that many people (me included) associate "Twisted" and "How Do You Stop" with Joni as opposed to their authors or even those who released them first.

I came away with the idea that C&S isn't as terrible as Blue. I may have
said "huh?" out loud. But I'm totally going to use the term 'momrock' to
