I suspect they may have chosen to record tonight's concert instead of last night's, because Herbie Hancock and Esperanza Spalding are going to be there tonight. (Dang!) It's also possible they were recording last night too and are going to choose the better versions from each evening. They're not at all obtrusive when they record these things, so they might have been there, maybe plugged in to the soundboard.
