Someone should certainly see this as an angle. It would be great to hear from the engineers and I'd love to hear more about what went on during the recording of DED. I wondered also what happened to that 1903 piano? Is there any clue about that, Dave? She performed a few years in a row at Hugh's Room, which is a wonderful, small venue and, therefore, quite intimate. (http://hughsroom.com/). Unfortunately the tickets were out of my reach at the time, since I think they were about $100, which is very expensive by Hugh's Room standards, not so much by others, and would have been totally worth it if I had had the money. Most performers at Hugh's Room hang around after for a meet-and-greet, so you have the chance to at least say hello and get something signed if you're so inclined. >________________________________ > From: "Bob.Muller@Fluor.com" >To: Catherine McKay >Cc: Jonilist >Sent: Thursday, May 30, 2013 9:16:03 AM >Subject: Re: Judy Collins article, Montreal Gazette, sjc > > >Catherine - thanks for this article, I just got to it and learned a lot. >She came to town a couple years back in a small intimate local venue and I >missed it.
