In it Joni refers to someone off camera "Gloria," and later says Gloria Boyce. I looked her up and found out that she was Peter Asher's assistant for 30 years, worked with Joni, Linda Ronstadt, Warren Zevon, etc. Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, she moved to California when she was 7 but was buried in Thunder Bay when she died in 2011. Wow, I'd love to read any book she wrote Great to learn about new people in and around Joni. Basically I'm transcribing it so I can keep myself occupied until the Season 6 premiere of Mad Men.
