American Jurisprudence favors conflict resolution over litigation every-time. That said, if this person really intended to have her photo's taken off the definitive Joni site, you would think a demand for same would have been made, unless of course your intent is gold-mining a not-for-profit list. Clearly, Les did the logical thing, withdrew the photos in question immediately. The lawyers on the list could go on indefinitely on the issue of lack of "damages" here but it would make no difference to Les who needlessly has to suffers this injustice.
