McNamara" That's an interesting comment, Stewart - what about the song makes you think that? I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just that I'm interested. Like Sue, I like a male voice on a Joni song as much as a female - haven't heard WOHAM sung by a guy so I'm not sure how that would go over. And thanks for the note, glad you gave them a listen. Bob NP: John Fogerty w/Jennifer Hudson, "Proud Mary" (from his release this year which is way cool) - ------------------------------------------------------------ The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain proprietary, business-confidential and/or privileged material. I'll have to listen to Rachel's version again, I didn't know she was with Pete. That's very cool. Highlights for me had to be Songs to Aging Children Come in Estonian!!!!! (!), Glenn Campbell and Leslie Uggams doing JONI's version of BSN (not Judy's), and Michael Ball's Blue. Thanks again for all you do. I kept wishing I could see you in A Christmas Carol ... I'm sure you were great. Take care, Love, Sue Hi Sue, Contrary to your comment, for me, Blue is one song that I think was meant to be sung only by a woman - I started to listen to and then shut off Michael Ball's version halfway through the number. I do however, as I have mentioned previously, really like Rachel Fuller's version of Blue which I believe is quite different here than the Rachel Fuller cover of Blue that Bob had previously shared with us in an earlier covers release. While this new version is quite pretty, I prefer the initial version just mentioned. Rachel is also known for being Peter Townsend's long time partner and has worked with him on various musical projects throughout the years.. Thanks for the latest covers Bob. - --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This e-mail message (including attachments, if any) is intended for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, proprietary , confidential and exempt from disclosure.
