Hey everybody Just got this note from Susan. This sounds like alot of fun. Please check it out and mention my name and I will try to tune in but have a concert tonight at the Civic with Jamey Johnson. I will try to be there tho as I will have my computer. Enjoy good music and support artists who support great causes like the RPF!! Thanks Love Paz Begin forwarded message: Hey y'all, First, accept my apology please for not individually writing to each of you for this invitation. I did, however, personally select each of you as I was going through my email addresses. So, what do I mean by an invitation to a concert on your computer? Well...we got turned onto this website called Stageit.com that hosts live concerts of artists from their homes, backstage, or wherever. The audience will be all y'all and whoever y'all invite (hint, hint!). Just go to the link, and take 1 minute to buy a ticket. No money, don't fret because we set it up as "pay what you can." I think there's a "tag along" option if you don't want to pay anything. "Notes" cost 10 cents each, and people pay and tip whatever they want during the concert. Y'all can also interact with us via messages! Fun, right?!! Okay, now that you know what it is...here's the info: 8:00-8:30 Central Standard Time http://www.stageit.com/susan_cowsill_russ_broussard/there_s_no_place_like_hom e_concert_with_susan_and_russ/30458 Hope to see y'all there!! I can't tell yet but I have it on order so I'll know soon. Some of the usual suspects are there; BSN, BYT, River, Circle Game BUT there are some deep tracks and and a new FIRST - Martyny covers Shine's "Bad Dreams" and also "Turbulent Indigo". The latter is not a first but is very rarely done. Can't wait to hear them. Here's the full tracklist: http://www.universalmusic.pl/katalog.id_7966 I'll be back in the saddle this weekend with another edition of retro covers, so be on the lookout for that. As Michael says, my gypsy slut is over so I'll be around for awhile.
