It's a 750 sq. ft apartment in a 200 year old historically significant building in the Heart of the French Quarter. The living room has a flat screen tv and a queen sofa bed (which will rent for $85/nt). It has an eat in kitchen with seating for four. It has two bedrooms each with queen beds and small courtyard balconies (which rent for $140/nt each tax included). And there's a patio set right outside the french door entry reserved just for you to enjoy all of the music happenings at our PazFest III music compound. Cable TV and wifi are included. We've got an offer for one of the bedrooms if no one else takes it or if someone else wants the other bedroom and living room sofa sleeper.
