To Clint, yes but I'd much rather have a nice Black family move next door  
than lowlife white folks who smoke crack and ride around in noisey ORVs and  
such. My neighbors here are from Berut, Lebanon and I love them  dearly. 
The guy wants to sell it and I asked him if he could sell it to his  friends 
or family from Beirut...
