On NPR the other day, I heard some researcher say something like, "So, the question we are addressing, going forward, is around how do we communicate with the next generation of farmers?"

Everyone says, "so" now.  Anyway, I thought that she better brush up on her baby talk if she is going to dialog with the next generation.
