Simon,

Many thanks for doing this! I bought the boxset when it came out, just to 
get these tracks. Copied the tracks to my hard drive, sold the boxset, but 
then lost the tracks when I lost the hard drive. I will back up to disc 
this time. Thanks too for the bonus bonus track.
