Feedback below...feel free to fight with me! Twisted-I wouldn't consider this one a Joni cover because the lyrics don't contain Joni's modifications. Joni also smoothed out the melodic line on C&S, but Andrea Superstein sings it like the original. Be Cool-deserves to be a vocal jazz standard, and seems headed that way. Fay Classen sounds great. BYT-sometimes I get so sick of this song, but it's Chris Lee and band sound pretty good. Love the arrangement. BSN- Bo Steif sings it even slower than Joni 2000, I think. Blah. I'll reverse my comment on Twisted and say Sue Horiwitz sings a Judy Collins cover. Nice, but not for me. CoY-Javier Colon doesn't stray from the original, but it's still lovely. Help Me- Smooth jazz that doesn't make me feel like I'm at Woolworth's. Wish Joni had sung to this backing. Last Chance Lost-I was so excited to see this song from a neglected period...too bad it's country. Still good for country, though. The others didn't make much of an impression.
