Hi Kevin, welcome to the JMDL and thanks for the post.

You're certainly in the majority of folks as Blue seems to be ONE Joni 
album that bubbles to the top as her best work. Curiously though, in this 
forum I would dare say that that is the case. Speaking for myself, I was a 
latecomer to Blue - didn't hear it until the late 80's. C & S got my 
attention but it was Hejira that really established Joni as one of my 
major favorites.
