They were definitely a part of my early teen years. Even if they were the "pre-fab four," their songs were generally well-written and by a stable of excellent songwriters and it was good fun pop. As well, their TV show was loads of fun. Even my kids have watched and enjoyed them in reruns. So long, Davy Jones. You will be greatly missed.
