Do you have to wait till probate is granted before you can do anything with a deceased person's belongings? My brother performed a miracle and got probate in three months, which was really fast over here, Law aside, I have been clearing out stuff for the whole of last year,Mum's and my own.All that stuff we accumulate on Life's road seems so ridiculous and sad close to bereavement.Furniture and knick knacks that a person found important in their lives gets sold or dumped. We accumulate so much but need so little, really. Going through parent's belongings brings up lots of feelings.I feel for Joni if she's going through all that .
