Three or four years ago we needed a new washing machine. We knew what we wanted and just needed one of the three sales guys to write it up. All three were helping a very attractive women, and would not break away to write us up. We waited about 20 minutes as they kept saying they would be right there. Finally went upstairs to talk to the manager. Waited another 20 minutes for her. We explained the situation and she asked us to wait. She was gone about 15 minutes and when she came back she told us she had talked to them and one of them would be available to write up our order.
