B And last night I watchedB a neat film,B bMake It Funky!b, about the musical heritage of New Orleans and how their funky sounds evolved over the years and how New Orleans music influenced so many musiciansB (see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0482543/).B And low and behold, there in the credits is our Michael Paz b listed asB Stage Manager.B B NeatB film Michael b I really enjoyed it (though I could have done without Keith Richardbs performance on bIbm Readyb).B B Everything else was awesome. They also mention how New Orleans helped Little Richard and during his time in the Big Easy in the mid-50's, is when he added his bFunkb and back beat to his gospel style rock and roll while hanging out with the likes of Lloyd Price and Fats Domino.B B B Excellent film is anyone hasn't seen it. Laura This is amazing to see. It's Richard Wayne Penniman (aka Little Richard). About fifteen years before "Tutti Frutti, oh, Rudy.....". If you're familiar with early period Beatles, you'll know that McCartney was heavily influenced By Little Richard. This is some rare footage of "Little Richard" as a child, when he was just starting out in the music biz'..... From some movie with Van Johnson.....
