If you have a Microsoft program that automatically makes links when you type, that may be the problem. Highlight it, left click and select 'remove hyperlink'. NJC Calling any computer bods who may be able to tell me how to get rid of the distracting format my posts seem to arrive in: with Bs all over the place and with all lines cut short for some reason, without me putting in any carriage returns. I am on digest, could somebody please tell me if my post has the same problems when you receive the message saparately? Could it be Vista or Yahoo or my version of Internet Explorer doing this? Any trick to avoid the problem? Thanks in advance for any advice! Lieve in London - with part of my previous post below as example. Marin area folks might want to check it out. It says a panel in the exhibit will be dedicated to B&R, highlighting the legendary, star-studded benefit concerts of the '70's, of which Joni appeared in '78 & '79. The pic, credited to Richard McCaffree, is better than this one, on the B&R website: http://www.breadandroses.org/images/stories/gallery/joni_herbie.jpg The pic in the newsletter says it's from 1978, but I think that may be a mistake. The one in this link is, for sure, the military uniform proves that. I think the one in the newsletter may be from 1979. The Joni audio from these shows has never surfaced, although other audio by the other performers has. It's presumed that B&R has it languishing somewhere, and I would guess Joni has it, too. He wrote some music that the NY Philharmonic is playing. It's "Symphony #3, The Swing Symphony". To my ears it's a history of Jazz. One part sounded like Duke Ellington, another like a New Orleans jazz funeral, and one part was a mambo. Anyway, I saw it last night and it's on again tonight. Check your local listings. Your mileage may vary. Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program.
