Funny to think that Joni had them remove Chelsea Morning. I'm looking forward to hearing this concert. Most enjoyable. Great to know we have some Joni to look forward to. Fantastic that she helped raise the money to get Greenpeace started. I received it in the mail a few days ago and have listened it several times. I was not sure what to expect as I had no knowledge of her till recently but I am pleasantly amazed. Her voice is achingly beautiful and piercing, with a great depth to it...as full of passion as Patsy Cline, Emmylou Harris, or Joni Mitchell. Production is great, musicianship superb all around, over sound just excellent. A mixture of different styles and sounds including a rocking cover of "Diamonds and Rust" (Baez) as well as a Gordon Lightfoot cover, "Love and Maple Syrup". She was definitely a Joni Mitchell fan as one of her close friends writes about her discovering and getting into Joni Mitchell. I like her songs...very heartfelt and real, good lyrics, different and unique. Her untimely demise is truly tragic. Order from http://maplemusic.com.
