The track was a cover of the song, Baby It's You. I picked up the CD to see the track listing and lo and behold, there was Both Sides, Now. I asked the sales girl if I could hear the song to see if it's the one I think it is but they no longer have listening facilities so, I checked Amazon and iTunes and, sure enough. It is Joni's 2000 version with lush orchestration. Did you pick this one up, Bob? The album is Songs of Love and Loss 2 and is all covers. This is obviously the second part and the first one is also covers. A very interesting collection of covers too. Tina covers Alice Cooper, Burt Bacharach, Tim Finn, Elton John, Sting, Kate Bush, REM and Joni. JM. >>> And there's: "Tar baby and the Great White Wonder Talking over a glass of rum Burning on the inside With the knowledge of things to come There's gambling out on the terrace And midnight ramblin' on the lawn As they lead toward temptation With dreamland coming on." ~ Joni Mitchell ~ It's interesting to thing about songs with a gambling theme. One of my personal favorites is Stephen Still's "Black Queen" *the 'courtesy of Jose Cuervo' version. Another of my favorites is Little Feat's "High Rollers", I absolutely love the guitar licks in that song. I also think the Talking Heads "Girlfriend is Better" song is about gambling addiction. I could be wrong but I still really like the song.
