After three lucky close encounters with her already I was actually kind of nervous of popping up once again in her purview and wanted to keep a low profile! But I adore S.F. and the north coast and coupled with a Joni event and getting to see my friend Julius, I couldn't resist the invitation! After we left the building we saw some people waiting outside by the loading dock where Joni was taking her smoking breaks and chatted with them. They included the "Hippie Gourmet" who was handing out flower power pins and who Darice tells me has a local cooking show on cable and a guy dressed in cowboy attire. There was another guy there who invited us to a musicians party for something like "Psycho-Acoustics" and who told us Joni might show up at the party later (hahaha ;-). Also Joni's driver was there next to a big black SUV standing by. I didn't want to stay too long and it was martini time anyway, so Julius and I took off. Darice stayed and gave us the final chapter report via cell phone. Speaking of - where are you Darice? C'mon and give up the report! ;-) Kakki ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 27 Apr 2005 10:06:04 +0100 (BST) From: Jamie Zubairi Subject: Re: PROFOUND LYRICS NJC Bree wrote: Everything stopped around me when I read this. > That certain stillness.
