Mary Grace was at home with her husband Jeff, her children Signe, Mary Caitlyn, and Les along with her sisters Pat and Nancy, and was peaceful and pain-free at the end. Memorial service plans have not been made yet, with midweek this coming week as most likely. G-d rest her gentle soul. Brian and Mags __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Friends. Fun. Webb, she teased me about being a slow typist. I got even though... Have you seen any posts from Julie lately? heh heh Can I be a newbie too, Jody? Everybody, what's your favorite Joni song? What does SIQUOMB mean? What ever happened to that dulcimer? I used ta have a tape of a tape of a tape of this show she did with James Taylor but I lost it. How come Joni didn't make any new albums after Don Juan's Reckless Daughter? Say, this is swell. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2004 00:36:34 -0400 From: "Lama, Jim L'Hommedieu" Subject: re: is it just me?....njc C'mon, this is too easy! I'm so sorry to hear of Mary Grace's passing - never has anyone truly suited their own name. I corresponded many times with her, both on- and off-list, and although we never met in person, I considered her a true friend. She seemed to embody Joni's lyric from Refuge of the Roads: "Heart and humour and humility". I'll miss her wisdom, humour and gentle spirit - the world was surely a better place with her in it. Rest in peace, MG.
