I have a snowy, mono copy of a copy of a copy. Does someone have a complete, stereo presentation without all the snow? This video hasn't been treed yet, and you guys don't know what you're missing. Who's seen it? Lama Les said,>>>> 1983: Joni performed at London's Wembley Arena which was taped for a broadcast on radio and also filmed for a 60 minute BBC concert special. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 25 Mar 2003 02:18:14 -0500 From: "Lama, Jim L'Hommedieu" Subject: My last rant on Michael Moore for the day, sorry! njc That was a joke, right? Since when does he put any credence in the Pope's views? Surely he doesn't want to set foreign policy according the the priorities of the Vatican?! For all I know, the Dixie Chicks and the Pope might agree on reigning in abortion rights but that doesn't mean I would agree with them and neither would Moore. It must have been a joke. To me, it's not a time for joking about the war. To me, it's another low blow by the low-brow of political thought. He doesn't articulate, he burps. Aren't his 15 minutes up? Where's the hook? About the war: I think Debra Shea, and David Lahm, and Kay Ashley, and my cousin Maggie (New Yorkers, all) are a wee bit safer tonight now that there are fewer mass murderers in the world. I know the nomadic Kurds are thankful tonight. I doubt that we'll ever stop protecting them in my lifetime. Isn't that a good thing? Isn't that the highest calling a super-power can strive towards? War planes are always bad to the simple-minded. What if war planes are enforcing the No-Fly zone, keeping poison gas from being dispersed by aircraft? War planes are bad? Poppycock! Ask the Kurds if they want the Coalition Forces to leave! Would you?!? Lama Michael Moore apparently lectured the tv lens with this bit of intellectual advice: "When both the Dixie Chicks and the Pope oppose you, you know your time's up." ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 25 Mar 2003 02:22:28 -0500 From: "Lama, Jim L'Hommedieu" Subject: Lama asks, "Are you my friend?" njc Yo! When I upgraded to XP, Windows ate my Address Book. If you're a friend, please re-send your address and phone. You know who you are. :) Thanks.
