Where two or more jmdlers are gathered, there will always be a party ;-) The boys (Croz, Jackson, Nash, et al.) and the girls (Bonnie, et al.) have done a few benefits at the Santa Monica Civic in recent years. The last I recall was for Nicolette Larson. And the "Guacamole Fund" is, I believe, Croz's charity foundation. Along the lines of Paul Newman, Croz's wife Jan is selling her special recipe guacamole in some markets here, with some of the profits going to the fund. Now the question is will Joni show up? She hasn't seemed to want to hang with that gang in recent years. I'm sorry to bring this up but, guessing at her perspective, I wouldn't be surprised if JB's participation in these group benefits in recent years had something to do with it. But the fact that this is for Fred Walecki, (who seems to be very beloved by all of them, including Joni) maybe there is a chance she would consider it. Bury the "hatchet" (if only momentarily) for a good cause and all. I hope so. Any L.A. audience would love to see her there and she would help the cause greatly by putting her name on the list.
