Hey Les,
Interesting to see that you were right onto the Joni & Pat thing right
from the start, even before S&L!! Wichita was the first Metheny that I
ever heard and I was taken aback by it at the time. I've kept up with
his stuff ever since.
Good to see your posting on the list, keep up the good work.
1st 45: "Funny Man" Ross D Wylie (this will only ring bells for Aussie
jmdlers)
1st LP: "Daddy Who Daddy Cool" Daddy Cool (again, only Aussies will
probably know of this) but the one that really changed my life was Led
Zeppelin III
1st CD: "Journeyman" Eric Clapton
My most recent purchase has been the Portishead Live @ Roseland video.
Anyone like Portishead?
