Ok Jonifestooligans,
I need to know who wants a copy of this Jonifest video just to get an
idea how much work needs to go into this... And how many video tape
distributors I might need. I don't know if we should make this video
available to the whole jmdl because the video of the Branch Mitchellidian
Choir is sometimes awesome and sometimes a little like an Irish Wake----but
I think it's to die for in it's sweet earnestness. I LOVE IT!!!! The
video truly captures the spirit of the party. Too bad we don't have video
footage of Dreamland or Shadows and Light.
The main jmdlers featured are Marian, Terry, David and then the "Branch
Mitchellidian" chorus: Bill, Paul, Marsha, Kakki, Sherelle, Sherrie, Jim
L'HM, Mendi The Kingpin, Mary P, Sue Cameron and Doug (and the back of
Pearl.) Id say there are approx 8 songs that Don recorded---the tape runs
only a half hour. And between songs there is a lot of chatter and requests
and add libs thrown out -which are pretty funny.
