Is MLL ever going to play the UK or Europe (or anywhere that doesn't take an eight-hour plane trip for me to get to) again? Preferably this time, publicised in some way that I'll find out before it happens instead of three days later, as happened last time... Just wanted to say how pleased I am to see MLL releasing again, as well - I had the KRS mini-album thrust at me years back by Bill at Minus Zero with an "I don't like this, but I think you might", and it's probably the single most listened-to record in my collection. (And I developed a minor crush on the sleeve photo, too.) (BTW, I know it's disloyal/disrespectful (see my surname...) but IMO, ML's version of "I don't want to..." beats the version on 69LS hollow. There has been a third band added called Sister South - it's project managed by Mike Post with Herb Pederson, Chris Hillman, Jackson Browne, etc involved in it and it's their first show - they are expected to bring out A LOT of folks + Gingersol's return to LA after a long hiatus(with a new record out) + (of couse) Mary Lou(with full band and acoustic sets)... Here's the link... pass it on http://www.ticketweb.com/user/?region=socal&query=schedule&venue=spaceland1 cheers, Andrew ------------------------------ End of jinglejangle-digest V7 #16 *********************************
