Included in the loss, was the art to TEENAGERS, COURIERS, and an as yet unpublished BATMAN story. Rob, his roommate, and his cat escaped with the clothes on their backs, and their lives, but nothing else. His computer and comics were also destroyed in the three alarm blaze that sent two people to the hospital.
