I was informed by the owner/manager that she goes on around 11:45. There are five acts in all, after all. This may not work for some but it does for me. I am also going to The Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport to see Deni Bonet at 9:30, and the timing is tight but doable. Someone should suggest to Mary Lou that she play this place. I think it is much more her style that The Tune Inn. The website is http://www.acousticafe.com The other performers are Bitch 'n' Animal (I saw them open for Ani and didn't care for them much); Rich Freeth, whom I don't know; Shellye Valauskas, a New Haven based s/s who is OK tho she hasn't grown on me (her brother Ed is in TheGravel Pit, formerly local now Boston based band of some repute; and the whole thing starts off with a short set by Keyke (pronounced "Cake"), whom I saw a couple of weeks ago opening for three bands plus Patti Rothberg at The Equator Coffee Bar in Manchester CT, and is very young but has potential. BTW this is another place MLL should look into playing. Their website is http://equator.allhere.com/ See ya!
