Shawn was in good spirits - I don't remember everything she played, but she did play (not in this order of course), Round of Blues, Polaroids, Cry Like An Angel, Every Little Thing He Does Is Magic, Sunny Came Home, Wichita Skyline, You and The Mona Lisa, and she closed with You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go. Also her daughter Callie came onstage for a few minutes and was dancing and was totally adorable, and Shawn had her say hi to the crowd. It was really really cute. Billy Bragg I think talked more than he played music. One song he definitely took 5 minutes to set it up and explain about Woody Guthrie's entire life and then the song was only like 3 minutes, but he was really good nevertheless. He played mostly the new Mermaid Avenue songs and covers and stuff. I'm excited about the show tomorrow - I'd advise getting there early as it will be really crowded most likely. Show is supposed to start at 3, I think someone named Simi is opening, then Mary Lou, then Joan Jett, but I could be wrong about that order. :) Rachel __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
