I noticed this too, and I'll take a stab.
aol is such a breeding ground for Online swinging that it's necessary to say 
something like that even if you're not "officially" married - just saying 
"married"means you're open to screwing around.  MLL once told me that she 
didn't want to do a traditional ceremony with Kev - instead they were 
thinking about getting matching tatoos.  Since Rachel recently noticed ML had 
a new tatoo, my first thought was: "Shit! She got married!!"  -- but 
seriously, I'd say that Kev & ML are "very married" in all but the official 
sense - I mean, they have a child, the tatoos, almost 5 years together... and 
if anybody would have trouble accepting that, it'd be me (even though I'm 
very married too!!) but more power to them - Kev is as cool a guy as ever 
walked the earth, at least every time I'VE seen him!   ---- btw if Kev has 
answered this already, my apologies ---- Dino
