I just got my hands on the new (split) EP and played all three of MLLs songs on my radio show yesterday morning. Pretty cool stuff. Lord-y, Lord-y, Rockabilly!?! The Bang Bang track and the Bevis cover are fantastic - wonder if they were leftovers from the Got No Shadow sessions? Anyone know if a full length on WORK is coming out anytime soon? It's on their site at www.bostonsoundcheck.com. I wasn't able to go to the WEEZ benefit at the Middle East. But I don't think Mary Lou played much of a set, she was sharing the bill with 6 or 7 other bands. She did mention that she planned to play with a band. Sorry I missed that.
