I got a mailing from Transition House today, listing all the people, both individals and corperations, that had donated to TH in the past year. My name was on the list. I looked for other people on the list but didn't reconiged anyone else from the list. I also look for a mention of the list period and nothing. I'm sure other poeple are on this list though from the ML list and just didn't see it. Has anyone else receved this mailing, it's newsletter about the actitvies of TH in the past year. I'm totally amazed I'm on this I only gave ten dollars but I guess that was enough. How cool. ' my friends and i were totaly disappointed (though not suprised) that we couldnt get in because of the 21+ age thing. nonetheless we sat outside and waited for mary lou to arrive. when she did, we greeted her and kevin and told them about our situation. they were sweet as could be about it, and tried to get us in. unfortunatly the place had broken some codes earlier and couldnt take the risk, so we stayed outside and watched and listened through a tinted window. when she asked for requests, we made little signs out of my bands flyers and held them up to the window (which was pretty much behind her). mary lou was so sweet and even played sunspot stopwatch for us, and kept acknowledging us!! after the show she came out and talked to us for a while. and for anyone who was on this list and was there and saw us, hey, give us a break!! at least you got to go inside . well, it was rad anyway. amy* ------------------------------ End of jinglejangle-digest V1 #149 **********************************
