I picked it up, feeling like a dummy because I keep telling myself to stop buying so many CDs. Anyway I'm listening to it now, and really quite enjoying. Why shouldn't I enjoy it, anyway? I own CDs by half the artists already? But it's good :) - --------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael J. Included are reviews of the complete MLL catalogue, Got No Shadow, and her DC show and acoustic-instore performance. There are 8 songs listed on the back but only one on the CD. I've bought two of them so far (one from Tower and one from KRS) and they're both the same. Thanks, -Kyla ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 23 Jun 1998 23:30:06 -0400 (EDT) From: Amy Kobylarz Subject: Re: [MLL] KRS release I was wondering about this also. I bought the cd and had the same problem. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed...although "Lights Are Changing" is one of my favorite Mary Lou Lord songs. Does anyone know what happened witht he cds? Did they get mixed up or something? Someone should take down names and which songs everyone would like to do. So, we don't have 15 people doing His Lamest Flame. The person offering to do the mastering, you should post which formats you can work with... DAT, cassette, reel-to-reel... I tried this on another list, and got some really really great stuff in, and some really really BAD stuff. I mean, bless her heart, she really tried... but....it was bad. The whole tape never reached fruition due to some non-musician-types making a fuss over copyright infringement. They actually threatened to turn us in to the artist's management team! Please tell me this isn't going to happen here!!! We're fans! It's a tribute to Mary Lou's songwriting!
