Also, I found the Lights Are Chaning single that went to radio stations at a local used CD store - it's just the song, but a cool photo on the cover (it's on my page at http://pages.nyu.edu/~rkb200/photos.html if you want to see it). I guess just be patient, I'm sure the CD will get to you soon, and it'll be worth it, especially for all of you who like your Mary Lou music acoustic. Also, she's filming something for HBO at Fez in NYC on Tuesday with Pete Droge. I wanted to go but it's closed to the public, but I'm gonna try to sneak in somehow; after all, it's only a block away from me! But anyway, that'll be on TV eventually. :) Rachel "I hate myself for sitting here waiting by the phone you're probably out right now with that Kim Deal clone The only thing left to like out of you is how many songs I've written that are new" -- gaze, "any way" - --------------------------------------------------------------------------- my Mary Lou Lord page is at http://pages.nyu.edu/~rkb200/ To join Some Jingle Jangle List, the Mary Lou Lord mailing list, email Majordomo@smoe.org with ONLY "subscribe jinglejangle" in the BODY. I think this same website may have earlier advertized a cybercast of an earlier MLL show which for some reason was cancelled (the cybercast, not the show to my knowledge). The emailed reference to MLL follows: 3. Upcoming Cybercasts! http://www.sonicnet.com/cybercasts MARY LOU LORD - "Live" from The Westbeth Theater in NY on Thurs, Feb 19 - time TBD Stay tuned for upcoming cybercasts! I suppose if it's live that it will begin maybe about 11 PM Eastern. That's my guess, I'm in Florida and aren't familiar with the theater. For now I guess we could check the website and a start time will be posted. If someone knows and could post to the list when the doors open on the night of this show we might infer from that when this "live" cybercast will begin, probably an hour or two later. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 13 Feb 1998 15:27:06 -0600 (CST) From: That kind of girl Subject: Re: First line of Martian Saints "I went out and did my hair I came home and thought about you."
