It IS a little confusing if you go solely by what is described on the store site. I did the presale so I was always just waiting for audio recording, like the previous Instant Lives Jewel sold previously. I think the ustream was a later development ... and not a major aspect of the concert. The ustream seemed to be a courtesy for those who were not able to attend in person. Good luck getting a refund. While I agree it's not really clear on their site, to me the following is a clue it's audio-only: "download includes 54 quality tracks ". I cannot recall ever seeing a video described as "54 quality tracks". Plus, the fact that there is no mention what-so-ever of anything video related (like "wide screen", "HD") should make one at least wonder if it's audio only. Still, I'm on your side that it should have been stated crystal-clear what the download is.
