The answer may even be buried somewhere in the archives of this list. Immediately after Jewelstock (in August of 1996), Jewel went out on tour opening a bunch of dates on Neil Young & Crazy Horse's "Broken Arrow" tour. She put a 3 piece band together for this tour that was not the same band as her own first band tour earlier that year. Jewelstock band guitarist Marc Shulman was the guitar player and Zeb Katz was the bass player. Who was the drummer? I can't remember and have scoured all archive documentation from that era, but can't locate his name anywhere. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. Thanks! LOL I have no idea, but good luck. I'll be very interested to see how quickly that one gets answered. Jewel might have to include that question in her next "Jewel Trivia" game on Twitter. She doesn't remember. That was many bands ago. On one of the off nights of that Neil tour, Jewel and that same band also did a headliner gig in Hampton, VA that people here were calling "Jewelstock Night 3" as it was the 2nd big EDA turnout a few weeks later. A lot of listmembers were there. Just thought someone might recall the drummer's name. I've seen him, Marc Shulman and Zev Katz teamed up on a lot of set lists of artists back in the 90s. Almost as if they were a band-for-hire. She thanks the band on that tape if I recall. Mike ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V15 #10 ***************************
