I just go the CD of Sweet and Wild & Sweet and Mild. Mine came on Monday June 7th all signed by Jewel and everything. No issue. I ordered through Jewel's store -Teresa Date: Wed, 16 Jun 2010 00:42:07 +0000 (GMT) From: "Kiera @ JKF" Subject: [EDA] beginning to wonder if any deluxe orders were correct. Just got the email I was hoping not to get from Jewel's store. I've yet to receive my CD and now I've received the email confirming that they sent me the wrong one and are working to correct it. They've told me to keep the normal CD and "share with your friends, the gift of Jewelbs music". Looks like paying $112 made no difference except put a big hole in my pocket. - ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V14 #82 *************************** ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Jun 2010 10:56:48 -0300 From: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Fabio_Jord=E3o?= Subject: [EDA] Jewel covers Shape magazine Jewel is on the cover of Shape magazine this July! http://justjared.buzznet.com/2010/06/16/jewel-covers-shape-july-2010/ ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Jun 2010 16:25:41 +0000 (GMT) From: "Kiera @ JKF" Subject: Re: [EDA] Jewel covers Shape magazine Wow - I knew Jewel had a good body but never realised it was a chiselled and toned as that. As someone who enjoys fitness and has just lost 24lb's doing weight watchers, I know no matter what I do, I'll never have abs like those!!! Jewel - Enjoy it while you can coz if you eventually have kids, it all goes pear shaped. That's what happened to me. She looks fantastic. Well done her! ________________________________ From: Fabio Jordco To: EDAs Jewel Sent: Wed, 16 June, 2010 14:56:48 Subject: [EDA] Jewel covers Shape magazine Jewel is on the cover of Shape magazine this July! http://justjared.buzznet.com/2010/06/16/jewel-covers-shape-july-2010/ ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Jun 2010 13:00:10 EDT From: JewelBlues@aol.com Subject: [EDA] Re: Trend of Artists Now Selling their Autographs Trend Of Artists Now Selling Their Autograph: Since the beginning of rock and roll most music artists would have no interest in selling autographs. Fans would have to wait outside concert venues (if there was even access) and hope for a signature.. But in the past two years, many reluctant and known "Non signers" have added signed items to their web site. The Eagles, Jewel, taylor Swift, and even Bob Dylan (Yes..BOB DYLAN) are selling signed items on their website. They may run at a low cost for jewel or Taylor, or the extreme (Dylan is selling a signed Harmonica, limited to 100 , for a cool $5,000.00 ~!! Not for the light bank account. Who still has absolutely no interest in selling their name: Neil Young, Bob Seger,(he never signs, EVER) and Bruce Springsteen. But more and more artists are beginning to sell because of FORGERIES on EBAY. I would caution anyone who sees something on EBAY 'signed" to ask as many questions as possible in buying an autograph second hand. I am glad Jewel is making signed CD's available at a very reasonable cost. That's funny. I never considered Jewel a non-signer. Sure she's shy but I've only "paid" for her autograph a few times. And she's been selling autographed things since Spirit bc I bought her autographed black and white photos. Maybe I've been lucky enough to run into her while she's in a good mood. Anyone else have jewel autograph stories?
