First off, I'm glad someone responded to my initial email inquiry in about 24 hours 2. Just to compare and contrast deluxe fan club type orders, I purchased the deluxe Brandi Carlile/Give up the Ghost package which included CD, vinyl, t-shirt and special order EP last year. Instead of the Give Up CD, the order mistakenly included two of the special EPs. When I offered to send back the special EP, Brandi's customer service encouraged me to give the EP to someone as a gift in order to help spread the word (which I did, although it was to an existing Brandi fan).
